This course is designed for anyone wishing to learn the basics of rowing and improve their fitness by participating in training involving rowing machines and combining cardiovascular and strength exercises. This course is an excellent starting point for novice rowers seeking to row during the summer. A great workout!
* Registration with Rowing Canada and the Quebec Rowing Association is mandatory and payable in person at the Laval Rowing Club or thru Amilia.
** Donations are not required but strongly recommended to improve equipment - LRC is a non-profit organisation
