Every weekday morning, upon arrival, summer youth members play team sports (soccer, basketball, volleyball or touch football) for about fifteen minutes; prepare their boats and go on the water from approximately 9:45 to 11:15. After exiting the water, participants will usually play team sports while waiting for their parents or the bus.
From the first days, our instructors will match program participants according to their abilities regardless of their age, size or gender.
Following the Summer Youth Program, participants can join the Laval Rowing Club’s recreational and competitive programs.
* Registration with Rowing Canada and the Quebec Rowing Association is mandatory and payable in person at the Laval Rowing Club or thru Amilia.
